Sheila is always willing to step up and help out in other departments when needed. She works full-time in housekeeping, and the rooms are very clean. She should be commended for stepping up and helping out in the kitchen, as shehas filled in as dietary manager more than once. Sheila has assumed her former duties of dietary manager seamlessly and has worked extraordinarily hard to keep the kitchen running smoothly. She is highly organized and very efficient.
