MyCareCorner NEW patient portal

Our current patient portal is getting an upgrade on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2022. Here are some visuals with steps to register for MyCareCorner that will be replacing our current Thrive Patient Portal. MyCareCorner will also have an app option for easy access to your electronic hospital health records.

If you are a NEW user, you will receive an email with a link to register. To receive this email to register, please let the hospital know your email address that you would like to use at your time of service, or you are welcome to call us as well.

If you are a CURRENT patient portal user, you will log into your Thrive Patient Portal as you normally would, then you will be directed to transfer your information to MyCareCorner.
