With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Sumner County, we are making masks MANDATORY for EVERYONE who enters our facility.
Visitors are not allowed to accompany or visit any patients unless:
*Patient is a minor
*Patient is at end of life
*Patient lacks capacity
In these cases only, ONE visitor is allowed to accompany the patient. You are considered a visitor if you are not a patient, employee, or vendor.
We HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE wear masks when outside of their home, as well. Avoid unnecessary trips (even locally). If you have been exposed or tested for COVID-19 PLEASE STAY HOME!
Our top priority is to keep everyone safe, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
