February 2023 employee of the month: Seth Carroll

Seth came on in the downward slide of the new facility project and hit the ground running. He made himself available, asked questions, and was a huge asset in the overall transition planning and new facility move. He had to learn a lot about the old and new facility in a short window of time. He has gone above and beyond during the move and continues to work on taking care of each department. His task list has been and continues to be monumental, yet he manages to always have things done in a timely manner; no matter if it is night, day, weekday or weekend, he responds promptly and kindly and always has a positive attitude. Seth always seems to be just where he is needed and almost anticipates needs before you ask. He is a blessing to our organization with his calm, laid-back personality, showing kindness, compassion, and respect to all. He never does anything with half-effort and has spent a great deal of time with contractors learning our new building infrastructure. Seth is solution-oriented, never complains, and is always willing to lend a helping hand without hesitation. Congrats, Seth, and thank you for all your hard work and service to others!
